LOUNELL BADGETT
Lou Nell has worked as an Administrative Assistant for Thacker Caskets, Inc. since August, 1986. She enjoys assisting customers with orders, maintaining our inventory, and working on the computer. Lou Nell was born and raised on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. After graduating from Bowie State University in 1983 with a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Lou Nell moved to Washington, DC. Today, Lou Nell is married and lives in College Park, MD. She has a daughter and two sons. Lou Nell’s outside interests include singing, sewing with her quilting guild, reading, sports, and taking care of her family.
GREG BREHM
Greg joined Thacker Caskets, Inc. in 1999 as a Funeral Director liaison to assist the company in better understanding the needs of our funeral director clientele. Greg himself has been a licensed funeral director since 1986. He is a member of the Maryland State Funeral Directors Association and the National Funeral Directors Association—both since 1986. At work, Greg manages the day to day operation of the Thacker Customer Service Division by directly interfacing with funeral directors and our sales representatives to meet and exceed their wants and expectations. Greg heads up all custom personalization for Thacker Caskets. This includes custom embroidered head panels, personalized cremation urns, engraved name plates, and vinyl graphics applications. In his spare time, Greg enjoys motorcycle riding, and snow and water skiing. A licensed private aircraft pilot since 1980, Greg is a member of the Aircraft Owners and Pilots Association.
JOE DUNGAN
Joe came to Balanced Line Casket via the Printing Industry where he spent 24 years. It was early in 1995 that Joe started driving a truck for Balanced Line. In March of 2002, Joe accepted a promotion as Balanced Line Warehouse Manager. Today, Joe divides his time between the office and the warehouse. Among his many responsibilities, Joe is in charge of monitoring our casket quality control, routing trucks, and he also deals directly with our loyal funeral directors as a member of the Customer Service Team. Joe and his wife have been married 35 years. He has a daughter, a son-in-law, a grandson, and two grandchildren. Joe enjoys spending his spare time with his family.
DANIELLE THACKER
Following Danielle's May 2007 graduation from Villanova University, Danielle came on board at Thacker Caskets in June 2007. As a student, Danielle double majored in Marketing and Managment Information Systems. For the company, Danielle is responzible for Thacker's marketing materials and their information technologies. In her free time, Danielle enjoys outdoor activities of all sorts including running, water skiing, snowboarding, coaching softball and just being with her friends.
